Each individual is permitted to hold only one active great88 Account. Any bonus funds or winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. great88 will notify you at your registered email address before applying any dormancy-related measures. Any applicable inactivity fee will be disclosed in the notification and deducted from the remaining account balance, if any.
great88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT (Tether). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
Deposits made via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and major Malaysian bank accounts are credited to your great88 Account in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. great88 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. For KYC-verified Accounts, Touch n Go eWallet and Boost withdrawals typically complete within 3 to 10 minutes of approval. great88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual, which may extend processing time. The default account currency on great88 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. great88 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at the expiry of this period will be forfeited automatically.

great88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance by contacting great88 customer support.
